The service at Lodha Heaven and Palava is exceptional, with kind and helpful staff. They ensure thorough COVID check-ups and work details for everyone entering the premises. Offering top-notch rooms at competitive prices, they ensure convenience with quick access to all amenities. Plus, transportation services are available for all residents.
Things need improvement
Children are not allowed to play every day, as the management exercises caution in this regard. Various processes must be followed for any assistance required. While gymkhana services are available, many remain closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

I adore the lush green surroundings of this society, with numerous parks and green areas ideal for birdwatching and nature enthusiasts. The jogging tracks are also delightful. The overall atmosphere, especially during the rainy season, exudes tranquility. Lodha Casa Rio offers plenty of spots for those who cherish solitude amidst nature.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed that many streetlights in the society are out of order. Additionally, the absence of bus services during mid-day and afternoons poses a challenge, leaving residents reliant on expensive rickshaws to reach the highway. Moreover, the poor construction quality of the rooms, evident from numerous cracks, is concerning.

We boast a well-maintained club with comprehensive facilities for everyone's needs. The area is abundant with shops for convenient shopping. With CCTV surveillance and well-kept roads, safety and accessibility are ensured. Even during the rainy season, there are no power cuts or seepage issues.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is available nearby the society. Road quality is good around the society. There are no such Traffic issues faced around the society. Parking spaces are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society, Drinking water is also avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control is done on time. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is avilable and it works properly. Security system is good in the society, Security guards are available, Security apps are used in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
