Clean, there are no water problems in this neighbourhood, and there are parks nearby as well. Everyone is happy here. We have a shopping mall nearby, so marketing shouldn't be too difficult. If we need to move somewhere, the availability of autos is good.

Higher education institutions abound in this area. The surroundings here are basically ordinary. Additionally, there are street lights and clean roads. Our neighbourhood is situated in a very populated location. The main road that leads to the markets and the school is close by. Thus, there are frequent traffic congestion.

School and colleges are separated by 4-5 miles. The neighbourhood is quite lush and green, and it has fantastic access to all of Pune via bridges and side roads. Given the abundance of public transportation in this location, it is advantageous.

Within 3 km are banks, hospitals, and shopping centres. Private cabs and ola are readily available in this location, and there is a safe space for girls as well. The neighbourhood is excellent generally, and there are several shops around.

Going outside at night is secure. There are several lights installed throughout the streets and on the roads. Nearby taxi stands, bus stops, and parking spaces are ideal for cars and trucks. Both a movie theatre and a grocery shop are nearby.
