I'm fond of this society. I appreciate the security services, the location, and the markets specifically built for this community.
I'm not satisfied with the maintenance services. Parking is a major issue in the society, and there's no power backup available

This society is affordable for both tenants and owners working around Sohna Road, SPR Road, and Golf Course Extension Road. It offers 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments at pocket-friendly prices. It's a gated community with good security and excellent connectivity to Sohna Road and NH8
In terms of affordability, this society is a good option. However, it has drawbacks like limited parking space mainly for cars, with only two-wheeler parking available. Another downside is the distance to local markets. Apart from its own commercial area, there are no nearby options for shopping, such as local or wholesale markets

The location is great with minimal traffic, and all essential amenities are nearby. The construction quality is also good
Parking remains a concern, but it's something that could improve over time. Other than that, I believe it's a very decent place to live.

The society's location is highly convenient, connecting easily with Parade Road and IMT Major. Public transportation is readily available, facilitating travel to Caesar or Gurgaon Bus Stand
Some residents experience significant traffic jams due to ongoing construction on Dark Expressway and Parade Road

The roads are wide and well-connected, making travel distances shorter.
There's heavy traffic near the chowk, which can cause delays in reaching your destination.

This is a gated society and a gate pass required to enter, so it is safer than other places where anyone can enter. Cleanliness is maintained in the common areas. Park is green and well maintained, it also has a badminton court inside. two wheelers parking space is given for every flat and car parking is done on the basis of space available. they have a community hall which is used for society functions etc. Cameras are installed inside and itu2019s a secure place in that sense. Groceries and other necessary items are available in the shopping complex built with the society and one can also opt for home delivery, which is available from almost all the brands. the maintenance and management office closes in the evening so not much support is available at night from them. Electricity is prepaid and in summers, long cuts are there. Water is available 24 hours.this society also have a wobbly (3 refrigerators) installed inside, from where you can scan and buy things like Maggi, butter, chips, chocolates, basic vegetables and many other items. all in all. It is a nice society to live in, at this price. ,
This society lacks a clubhouse and gym, and the maintenance office closes in the evening, offering limited support at night. Electricity is prepaid, and you need to monitor your billing. In summers, there are long power cuts without backup. Flushing water is sometimes dirty. Security guards can be rude and may not assist with deliveries in your absence. Car owners sometimes park irresponsibly. Without a bike, auto, or car service, commuting is challenging since there's no public bus or auto service, requiring your own vehicle or a long walk to reach a transportation

I recently shifted to Grand IVA, which is Signature Global's fourth-largest project, and I must say the hospitality and services here are truly amazing. It's a peaceful place to live, and what caught my attention the most is the badminton court. The presence of a children's park in the middle adds to the charm. With a total of 16 towers, I'm residing in the 14th tower. For groceries, I usually visit the nearest village, Allahabad. Additionally, there's good news that a complex mall will open within the society, maybe after a year. The people around are friendly and have a good nature towards others.
The most disliking point is regarding the location of Gram diva .it is really situated in such a place where there is no metro nearby and there is no particular transport facility except for the case if you book OLA or Uber which then cost you a lot. The nearest village is Allahabad village where every daily use things is not found.also for reaching Delhi it almost took 1 hour and 30 minutes which would not be the case if the dark expressway was ready .in short the transport facility is very very very poor.,

The positive aspect is that the society is neat and clean.
Negatives include common electricity fluctuations with no permanent power supply, relying solely on DG feeds. There are fixed breaks in power from 5:30 am to 6:30 am and 1 pm to 2 pm. Apart from these breaks, power outages can occur at any time.
