Good Connectivity and Water is always available, day and night. Plus, there's a backup power system in case of outages.

On going construction nearby cause pollution and parking space is not enough.

Good Connectivity with plenty of auto rickshaws and taxis available. There are malls nearby for shopping. Plus, this area is peaceful and not too crowded.
