Good things here
Autos are about 200-300 meters away from our society, and buses and cabs are also easy to find. The restaurant and market area are just half a kilometer from the society. We have CCTV cameras and lifts installed and kept in good condition. There's no problem with waterlogging. Our society is very well maintained, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are also well looked after. People are friendly and celebrate together. The best thing about our society is the pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There's no metro station nearby, and sometimes there's a seepage issue in the houses. I don't have any improvements in mind for the society.

Good things here
She said sab accha hai society mein. Main toh Ola cab book karti hoon , aaram se aajata hai woh. No as such traffic issues. Maintenance accha hai society , saaf safai rehti hai. Lifts theek condition mein hain, issue hota hai toh solve hojata hai. Open area parking hai hamare block mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse sab hai society mein. Log bhi acche hain , sab ek family ki tarah rehte hain saath.

Construction quality of society is pathetic. Bohot hi ghatiya quality of material use kiya hai society banane mein. This is the biggest issue of society. Cement gir raha , seelan aa rahi hai , usmein se smell aa rahi. Bedrooms mein seepage aata hai, jhadhne lagta hai. Theek kara karake thak gaye hain , ab jaake tiles lagwaye hain deewaro pe. Us wajah se piplelines aur cheezein kharab ho rahi hain.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is commendable, with excellent security staff and CCTV cameras in place. Public transport is easily accessible, and there are nearby markets, schools, and hospitals. Despite being an old society, the construction quality is good, and we have various amenities available.
Things need improvement
However, I believe there's room for improvement, especially in modernizing the facilities. The entrance to the society looks outdated, and the lifts are quite small. Nonetheless, the parking area is satisfactory.

Good things here
CCTV cameras and lifts were there. Construction quality of the building was good as there was no seepage or leakage issues. Friendly neighbours.
Things need improvement
No local transports like Metro, cabs or autos were available nearby. The society does not have any connectivity.

Good things here
There are 600 flats int he society and the maintennace charge is as per the size of the flat. The lifts are in super condition and not only that, they also get surveyed on regular basis, and a team is outsourced to survey those lifts. This society has swimming pool and gym, they got upgraded with new equipments as well. The roads are super smooth, altho metro is 3-4 kms away but the connectivity is easy
Things need improvement
The metro sttaion is 3-4 kms away from the society which makes it little challenging when it comes to commuting as you will either have to take cab or auto rickshaw. Other than that, this society is filled with upgraded amenities and nothing needs to be added as such

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with buses and cabs available. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. There is a parking lot. Residents are friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals together. CCTVs are installed. Schools and hospitals are present nearby.
Things need improvement
There should be more focus on increasing the greenery in the society. Maintenance is poor, rated as 2, due to hygiene related issues. The cleanliness must be improved. Lifts are not well maintained. Inconvenience due to Stray dogs. Construction quality is also poor with Seepage issues in the building.

Maintenance facilities are up to the mark, with proper attention to lift maintenance, cleanliness, security systems, and daily upkeep. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage in the society. Rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, etc., are available and well-maintained. The residents are friendly, well-educated, and cooperative, and they celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
If we talk about the drawbacks of this society, there is nothing significant that I would like to highlight. This society is very well-maintained and everything is working fine.
