Good things here
After the completion of the Sri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Trans Habour Link, this area has become one of the best connected suburbs in the city. The big opportunity now is to not only benefit from the rapid development happening at Navi Mumbai (including the D. B. Patil International Airport) but also live just 60 - 70 minutes away from the heart of Mumbai. The project offers you beautiful green and open spaces. There are amenities like Gym, Kids Park, Tennis, Basket ball, Badminton etc. that will keep you and your family thoroughly engaged and entertained. Furthermore, the build quality is very good. The walls have an in-built structural design that gives it superior strength and durability. Which is why you will find that there is absolutely no seepage problems in the apartment. The connectivity is very good as well. The Somatane Railway Station is right behind the compound, so one can literally walk out of the station, right into the Indiabulls compound. Some of the key bus routes also stop a few meters outside the main gate of the society. There are recognized Hospitals and Schools just 10 to 15 minutes away. All in all, it is a very well appointed residential address. The apartment is brand new, as it hasn't been lived in as yet.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike. This is the first phase of the development of a project spanning over 20 acres. The flat is available for ready possession, and all dues are paid up.

Good things here
We're fortunate to have everything nearby, including hospitals, schools, colleges, markets, and public transport. Plus, there's no air pollution to worry about, and we provide covered parking space for your convenience.

There are no amenities here, but everything else seems to be in order.

Connectivity of the apartment was good.security system was top notch.society was neat ,clean and well maintained.

Construction quality is not up to the mark ,leakage seepage issues were there in the society.

The project encompasses a total land area of 25 acres. There are a total of 12 towers in Indiabulls Greens. This project is best known for having a prime location with good connectivity and high-quality construction both inside and outside the homes. You can expect lush greenery, good connectivity, and a high level of safety here. All amenities are available within the society, and there is no need to travel outside of it; however, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, and other well-known educational institutions are close by.

My apartment comes with exceptional floor plan and window position. It has offered closed car parking and guest parking too. The internal roads lit and paved. It also has a vegetable market in the compound.

The floor space is ample in my 3 BHK apartment. The community is helpful and the environment is peaceful. The facilities from the internal management were very helpful during work from home phase.

It has separate swimming pools for kids and adults. I am happy that my compound has excellent sports facilities. To be honest, I chose Indiabulls Greens for such recreational facilities.

Indiabulls Greens is a great project to live. It has offered a huge swimming pool, gym, game yards, and multiple lifts in a single tower. I got what I wanted in my dream home.

The houses are built according to your vision of a dream home. Here you will feel that it is worth the price you paid as there are almost types of amenities available inside the society. The home build-up quality is very high and does not require maintenance in long term. Everything is available within a walking distance like there are green parks, gyms, ATMs, grocery shops, and other facilities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night.
