The location is excellent, boasting a very large clubhouse and playground with child-friendly games. Additionally, the parking spaces are ample and spacious.

I haven't seen it yet, so I can't provide any information. However, I do know that there is a speed limit of 30 km/h in the locality, which ensures safe driving.

The community boasts cleanliness, safety, and spaciousness, along with plenty of greenery, making it a pleasant environment with a high quality of living. Residents appreciate the moderate building height, contributing to the overall appeal.

Limited access to the main road and having only one entry point for a large community are drawbacks. Additionally, some residents find the maintenance charges to be on the higher side.

Positives: Adarsh Palm Retreat Towers and Villas, part of the Adarsh group located in the east of Bangalore, offer numerous amenities. These include a beautifully designed clubhouse filled with engaging activities that cater to all age groups.
Things need improvement
Negatives: The Adarsh Palm Retreat society, while wonderful in many aspects, does have its drawbacks. These shortcomings are mainly observed in the effectiveness of the primary management group responsible for the well-being of the society and its residents.

The location of Sarjapur, at the heart of the IT hub, ensures excellent connectivity, being the center of numerous IT companies. Daily commuting is convenient due to the frequent availability of transport services.
Things need improvement
The property's maintenance is inadequate despite charging a high maintenance fee. The quality of service provided does not meet expectations, with visible garbage in areas such as the playground and basement.

Alpine Viva stands out as one of the prominent societies in the Seegehalli area, conveniently located next to the Seegehalli Bus Stop with excellent connectivity. There's no shortage of shops nearby, including popular eateries like McDonald's, Balaji, and Polar Bear just a stone's throw away. Additionally, there's a bakery just a 5-minute walk from the back gate. Movie buffs will appreciate KING Cinemas conveniently located on the opposite side of the road. For groceries, supermarkets like Roll, A1 Fresh, and Casio are also within proximity. The apartments boast generous sizes, with spacious balconies that residents are sure to love.
Things need improvement
There are a few drawbacks to consider for the apartment. Firstly, the society is not well-maintained, with inadequate cleaning of the corridors and common areas, as well as poorly maintained parks. The prevalence of dust throughout the area gives the impression of poor structure. Additionally, ongoing construction next door contributes to continuous dust and noise, further impacting the living environment.

The society boasts excellent construction quality and a lovely green park area. Additionally, there is a well-organized maintenance society in place. Overall, everything seems to be in good order.

There are no shop facilities available in the area, and we occasionally experience electricity problems. However, we manage to cope with these issues.

This place is truly amazing, one of the best I've ever seen. It boasts a completely natural environment and is meticulously maintained with strict rules and regulations. The area is incredibly peaceful, with an abundance of facilities like parking, various programs, and events. Additionally, the nearby mountains offer a refreshing environment for people to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There are a few negative points to consider. Firstly, there's limited public transportation like buses and trains, so owning a car is essential if you choose to live here. The area is extremely quiet, with very few people around after 9 pm, which could be isolating for some. Additionally, being close to the mountains increases the likelihood of encountering animals like snakes, which can be a significant concern.

The society is exceptionally neat and clean, with abundant greenery, gardens, and parks, creating a pleasant environment for residents.
Things need improvement
One of the few negative aspects of my society revolves around security concerns. The watchmen are often found preoccupied with their phones, and there are multiple entry points into the building wings, making it easier for unauthorized individuals to enter. This is an issue that needs to be addressed and improved for the safety of all residents.

The place features beautiful architecture, is pet-friendly, offers good maintenance services, and provides easy availability of cabs and autos. Well-maintained parks and ample parking space add to its positive attributes.
Things need improvement
While everything else is well-maintained, it's worth noting that there is a scheduled electricity outage every Friday for 3 to 4 hours.

No power issues in the area. Also, the water supply is good. The area is safe at night as well. Crimes reports are low. The area is clean and hygienic. There is a bit issue with public transport. It is tough to find public transport in the area.
