Good things here

Positioned as a developing area in the city, it ensures easy access to numerous markets meeting daily needs. Furthermore, being situated towards the outskirts minimizes pollution, contributing to a healthier living atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Certain roads are in poor condition, and the metro station is located quite a distance away, spanning between 10 and 15 kilometers.
