Good things here

The connectivity is good in the society , marjet area is very good like there are many option like malls are nearby , the society is hygineic, there is no parking issue in the flats , the construction quality is good like no ceiling and seepage issue , Gym,clubhouse,swimming pool are there , all people are professionals and eduacated working people in the society

Good things here

It is an incredible society, the infrastructure is impressive, boasting expansive roads and well designed layout, the locality is impeccably maintained and great environment.

Things need improvement

Availablity of public transportation is very poor, auto and e-rikshaw are not available easily , it should be improved.

There are several malls, shopping complexes nearby the society, parking facilities here, well maintained inside roads.

Things need improvement

Cabs, auto, bus stand and metro availablity is very very low, cabs takes 20 t0 30 minutes to come near the society.

People are loving and co-operative , they celebrate all festival together .facilities like gym, park, clubhouse, plaground all are there .

Public transport like auto, bus , metro ki problem hai and school bho thoda dur hai. seepage ka issue bhi hai . society ke aspas ke area clean nhi hai jada . rainy sesaon me basement and roads me thoda bohot pani bhar jata hai.

Good things here

The roads are in a good condition outside the society. There are only 2 shops inside the society. seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my apartments People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The society is safe.

Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are not available outside the society, the connectivity is not so good around the society. Locally there are no public transportations available. For the market nearby we have to walk around 1km to reach nearby markets, it is not available just outside the society. The society maintainance is under RWA but it is not working properly. CCTV cameras are installed but it does not work properly Lifts are available but that also creates problem sometimes in the towers. seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the basement area, water drips sometimes. In some area water patches are seen and water logging issues are faced sometimes. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available and these are not functional in the society. Due to some fights between the residents and builders these amenities had stopped working. Maintainance charges are been taken for amenities but amenities are not provided.

Good things here

The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society Mobile network issues are not faced. No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. street dog issues are not faced. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is really worth giving it a 4 out of 5. We have an access to all the public transport facilities. Roads are well built and constructed.. There are almost all the amenities and the facilities that this society offers such as Gym, swimming pool, clubhouses etc. People living here are welll educated and friendly. The construction quality of the society is very good. We do not face any issues like seepage,leekage, wall plaster breaking.

Things need improvement

The only problem with the socety is reelated to the long power cuts. Although there are generators for power backups, but they are not power efficient at all. Due to which we have to pay very high electricity charges.

Good things here

Ola and Uber were the only nearby transport options, but they provided easy access to local transportation around the society. There were many chemists and supermarket shops nearby, enhancing the convenience for residents. The market area in close proximity improved connectivity. The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Maintenance was up to the mark, and cleanliness was well-maintained, ensuring a hygienic environment. 24-hour security guards and CCTV surveillance ensured the safety of residents. The lifts were fully functional, with regular servicing. Prohibited stray dogs entry.sufficient parking space was available for the residents.

The society lacked nearby metro access and had zero amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or restaurant, which are considered essential facilities, especially for the younger generation. This absence was a drawback for the society, as these amenities are typically expected in modern living spaces.
