The location of the society is top notch as hospital is nearby to the society .
Things need improvement
A bad politics is going on in society . maintenance charges are too high as compare to facilities . Stray dogs problem is also there .

Good things here
Thre society was developing before 5 years ago and now the society is well there is a huge swimming pool and clubhouse.

A little bit seepage issue in a buildings.The lift of the buildings are not working properly.

Good things here
Material quality is good. Neighbours are nice. Metro station, Auto and Cabs are easily available.
Things need improvement
For 3-4 days there was no water supply, lifts are not working most of the time, maintenance team is irresponsible, most of the time we have to use stairs because of unmaintained lifts.

The architecture of the flats are outstanding.there is so much space in flats

The construction quality of the society was very good as compared to the other societies.

The lobby in the society was not well maintained. If it was well maintained then there would have been no problem in the society.

The people living in the society were very cooperative and helpful, very nice society

There was no club house in the society and the gym which was there was paid which should not be paid for the society people.

Schools, colleges, and hospitals are easily accessible. all over environment is good.

Public transport shortage like metro station is not near although cabs are available outside the society.

The connectivity around the society was good and the people living in the society were also very nice.
Things need improvement
Parking is not allotted in the society, hence there is a lot of problem, people have to park outside and the maintenance collection which is there is not maintained properly, it is easy to come by including the maintenance charge with the first bill.

Good things here
Some connectivity was fine, there were food shops outside, transport was not easy, you had to go out a little, at a distance of around 300-200 km you could get autos, buses etc.
Things need improvement
There was no backup of electricity, lights went off for a day or two, water was not supplied properly and the rent was also very high.
