Good things here
I moved out of this society. During my residence there, the society had excellent amenities for resident's comfort, such as a gym, good play areas, a swimming pool, and ample parking without any issues. The connectivity was decent with a bus stop around 500 meters away. Maintenance was good, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, regular garbage collection, and reliable electricity backup. The construction quality was also high, with no leakage problems.
Things need improvement
In the vicinity of the society, there are several tech parks, which contribute to significant traffic congestion. Moreover, there is a lack of nearby grocery stores, schools, and hospitals.

The construction quality is subpar with third-grade plaster, leading to seepage issues in some walls. Management practices are lacking, often requiring deposits and limiting owner rights.

The maintenance of society is commendable, with good security measures in place and clean surroundings. Moreover, there are no issues with the water supply.

The major problem in this society lies with the association, as everything is under its control rather than the control of owners. They consistently increase rent rates. Additionally, there are some minor seepage issues.
