Good things here
I'm pleased with the roads in this area; they seem well-maintained. The house itself is spacious, with generously sized rooms. It's great to have a small playground nearby, adding to the local charm.

I'm a bit disappointed with the transportation options and overall infrastructure here. There's definitely room for improvement. One issue that stands out is when the street lights aren't working—it can feel a bit unsafe and inconvenient.

Positive aspects include well-maintained roads, clean swimming pools, easy access to cabs, proximity to bus stops and shopping complexes like Big Bazaar. Additionally, it's a clean and peaceful area, perfect for finding peace of mind.

I've encountered occasional delays in power backup, which can be inconvenient, especially when it's not needed. Additionally, there are delays at the security counter when guests arrive, as they often conduct lengthy inquiries, consuming time.

The staff here is top-notch, and there's always an ample water supply. Security measures are robust, ensuring a safe environment. Parking facilities are convenient and comfortable. The flats boast stunning interiors, and the lifts are in excellent condition. Additionally, CCTV cameras on every floor provide added peace of mind.

This apartment has been regarded as one of the best in the society for quite some time. It benefits from being situated in the center of a well-developed area with abundant amenities. Good things here
The society offers a great atmosphere, efficient management, and an excellent park and surrounding area. Essential facilities, including water, are very good. Notably, the gym facilities are top-notch.
Things need improvement
While there are a few drawbacks such as the absence of shops within the society and less friendly behavior from residents, overall, the facilities are quite satisfactory.

Occasionally, there's some traffic due to the area's central location, but the presence of traffic police ensures safety and order. That's the only downside of the locality. On a positive note, the residents are courteous and respectful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the society provides a well-maintained meeting house for conducting meetings, enhancing community engagement and organization.

The building construction quality is commendable, and the view from the balcony, especially the lake view, is quite pleasant. The society club is also very well-maintained and offers great amenities. Additionally, there are no issues with seepage, and the overall wall quality is good, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

The public transport connectivity is lacking, which can be inconvenient for residents. Traveling to the city center can take up to an hour, which may deter some people. Additionally, the amenities provided by the society are subpar. Furthermore, the security at the community gateway is not up to standard, which could raise concerns for residents.

Living here is convenient because all the essential shops like medical, vegetable, meat, and fruit vendors are within 200 meters. There are also parks nearby for recreation. The roads are well-maintained, and transportation options are excellent. The buildings add to the charm of the area. Overall, it's a great place to live in.

Rent is a bit higher here compared to other places, and traffic during peak times can be quite heavy, often resulting in delays of 15 to 30 minutes at signals. Additionally, the entrance security verification process tends to take longer than expected.

The society offers ample car parking space and plenty of walking tracks for residents, complete with benches for elderly citizens to rest. Security guards ensure that outsiders are allowed into the society only with permission from the residents. Festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm, fostering a vibrant community spirit.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society leading towards the main road are underdeveloped, causing frequent traffic congestion due to their narrowness. In the monsoon season, poor sewage facilities result in water accumulation outside the society. Currently, there's no metro connectivity available. While power cuts are an issue, the society's power backup system provides some relief during such times.
