There are small markets available in close proximity of the society.
Things need improvement
Hospital is not available nearby the society. The metro station is 45 minutes away. Among the amenities, gym is not available. There should be a gym in the society and maintenance services are there but can be further improved.

The committee people were good, maintenance was good, services were provided on one call.

The construction quality was poor due to which there was dampness and there was a lot of smell due to that.

Good things here
The society has good maintainence and cleanliness. Gym, lift and swimming poolss are available in the society. CCTV camera are available. People are friendly and cooperative and festivals are celebrated together. Overall the society is good but improvement is required.

Society has as such no any problem but It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Cabs,ola,uber,rapido is there and easy to accesable at all time. constriction is good.

Fire safety is the big minus point of the society because suddenly one day fire on room , fire extinguisher safty system need to a big improvement.

The cabs and auto are easily available, there are rarely power cut, the streets are filled with lights and the roads and area around is always clean.

The visitors parked their cars outside the society, no visitors parking area in the society.metro is far away from the society.

Good construction quality, used best quality material for build. good parking area is have. very big free space.

No metro and buses connectivity with society. maintanace charge is 140 rs. RWA member behaviour is very bad.light facilites is prepaid. rent is too much.

Here is have a basement parking but all season parking have water logging issue and they have not proper car coverd system thats why car and bike are getting troubled.

To catch metro and railway have to go 12 km away. no visitors parking is here, visitor have put thier carand bike outside of the society.
