The society is situated at the heart of the city, with convenient access to nearby amenities such as the bus stand, railway station, and Sadar Bazar. Residents also benefit from proximity to hospitals, malls, and convenience stores like Spencer's.

At times, traffic outside the society can be heavy, but overall, the environment is good.

THERE WERE SHOPPING FACILITIES IN THE SOCIETY ITSELF FOR CLOTHING,GROCERIES ETC,SPORTS FACILITIES OF THAT SOCIETY WAS BEST LIKE TENIS COURT,BASKET BALL COURT WERE THERE

SECURITY FACILITY OF THE APARTMENT IS NOT UP TO THE MARK AND PARKING AREA IS NOT VERY WELL DESIGNED AND NOT CONVENIENT TO USE

Modern society with minimal noise complaints. The security measures are top-notch, ensuring safety for all residents. It's great to hear that the community is filled with friendly people all around.

The maintenance costs are quite high, and sometimes it takes time to address maintenance issues. Additionally, the security requirements can be inconvenient as residents always need a residential car to enter the premises.

The society boasts high security, with 24/7 presence of two guards in each lane. It is conveniently close to shops, particularly the popular J block market situated just opposite. Additionally, it is walkable to the DDA sports complex. Amity school and a Delhi government school are conveniently located just opposite this society.
Things need improvement
The ambiance includes the sounds of passing trains, given the proximity to the railway.

It's a stunning society with lush green areas and exceptional cleanliness. The well-maintained lobby and underground parking contribute to the aesthetic. The abundance of flowers adds to the overall beauty, and the gym and clubs are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with a significantly high maintenance charge. There is low water pressure on all taps, lack of transparency in common area maintenance, electrical city charge, and issues with security services being deemed incompetent.
