The project houses shops with renowned brands, while Central Mall and PVR Theatre, located adjacent to the society, provide easy shopping and leisure options. Singapore International School is also in proximity. Despite the water shortage in Mira Road, the project ensures 24-hour water supply. With gated premises and security personnel, the society prioritizes safety. Higher floors offer a panoramic view, enhancing the overall ventilation and openness of the flats.
The occupancy certificate is pending, and as a result, water supply from the BMC has not been initiated, leading to the reliance on tanker water. The expectation is that this issue will be resolved in the upcoming months. Additionally, traffic congestion during peak hours, primarily caused by the toll plaza, slows down movement on the Western Express Highway.

I went out to search a home on rent as my property was going under redevelopment. It was gods grace , that I got to talk to people actually living there. Got to know that no good drinking water is available and on monsoons they have serious leakage issues and the construction is not that great what it looks like from outside. Those who have bout homes there are repenting their decision and most of them wish to move out from there . After actually seeing and getting to know from the people there ..I changed my decision

I recently rented and I must say, it has been the worst experience of my life. The quality of construction is beyond terrible - wet walls in every room, and during the monsoon, the ceilings leaked heavily, causing untold damage to my belongings. But that's not all! The smell from the water coming through the pipes is absolutely horrendous, making it unbearable to stay inside. The hygiene standards in the complex are abysmal, and the sight of dog poop everywhere only adds to the misery. To make matters worse, the owner seems to be least bothered about the issues tenants face. It's evident that they are solely focused on exploiting tenants for money and couldn't care less about providing a livable space. I urge all investors and potential tenants to stay away from this property. It's a complete waste of money, and the owners are clearly cheating people by offering subpar living conditions. I've attached a video to show the harsh reality of living in DB Ozone Society. Please take this warning seriously and avoid this property at all costs!

The residence is so airy and has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My husband has heart issues and he walks every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts exist here. My son used to play badminton here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several fundamental external conveniences.

1bhh and 2bhk flats are available here. I have to mention that every flats are beautifully designed and have ample space. Every bedroom, kitchen, dining room are well ventilated. I have been dwelling in a 2bhk flat and have the best fix and fixtures of everything till now. They provided us the fastest elevator services also. The wifi connection is very decent here. My husband easily continue his works from home.

Some negative points that I should include here that there ia lack of lane markings, signboards and potholes make Rawalpada Check Naka which deliver the most accident-prone area. Major traffic problem has been reported here. There is no footpaths in the roadways and highways of this locality and I cannot go outside with my child by foot. There is no efficient transport system in this area also.

Dahisar East connects areas such as Kandivali, Mira Road and Miragaon via Western Express Highway. Dahisar Railway station is around 4 km away from my place that's why my husband can easily reach his workplace. Many schools like Anand Nagar Municipal School, St. Xavier's High School, and VPM's Vidya Mandir School and some superior hospitals such as Pragati Multispeciality Hospital, Sanjivani Hospital, and Shraddha Hospital are in the vicinity as well.

DB Ozone could therefore be said one of the satisfactory undertakings I have ever realized. This place is positioned in Dahisar (East), Mumbai Andheri-Dahisar. I would like to say that this proposal gives me all of the elegant indulgences and housing at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, children playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I have been living here for 3 years with my husband and son and having the best duties of them till now. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.
