Good things here
If i have to comment on the connectivity of the society, it's pretty decent- we easily get the autos, cabs nearby. Roads were well maintained. Issues like potholes in the road were not found.Shopping complexxes, Malls, Schools and hospitals were available nearby. The social life in the society was really great as the society hosts a mix of different festivals related to various backgrounds, culture and diversities. All this stuff resulted into goodbondings among the neighbours. Within the society other add on facilities and amenities like Gyms, Club Houses, Swimming pools were available and they were well maintained as well.
Things need improvement
Commenting about the dislikes about the society, so one of the big problem is that Metro station is not nearby we have to travel atleast 5kms to go to a metro station. Some of the facilities like Swimming pool that is not properly maintained as we know that swimming pool hygiene is really important- but in the society that thing was not taken care of. This shold really be improved. Another area of concern in the society was related to weak networks in the society.

The amenities provided, such as a pool and open space, are nice.These facilities contribute to the overall appeal and satisfaction of residents.Entry for visitors only through mobile app. Maintenance team is spontaneous comes on the same day of lodging complaint.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was poor as no metro near by plus issue of traffic jams near the society making it difficult to commute. Talking about safety and security it was average as cctvs were partially installed i.e. in the lift area but not all over the campus of the society.construction quality not so good issue of seepage was too much.Recent issue of dog bite happened so neighbourhood as per this incident is not so good.

Good things here
Maintenance is good as the society is well-managed and attended to.Public transportation options and the availability of Ola and Uber make commuting easier and more convenient.Dmart is nearby, which gives easy access to shopping amenities.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor, due to the subpar quality of materials used.Also there are cracks in walls and ceilings of the buildings

Over all the society is not at all good, theyse charge too high for the electricity than the normal prices, the qquality of water is very poor, every amenity is available in the society but the quality is very bad ekdam third class hai every equipment installed is of very bad quality. paani peene, khaane, nahane kisi yogy nahi hai.

Auto cabs are readily available around the society, ensuring good connectivity. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with rapid garbage collection carried out daily. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, gym, and national programs are available in the society and are well-maintained and fully functional. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, and all festivals are celebrated within the society.
Things need improvement
Painting has not been done for a long time, but the painting procedure is currently pending and will be completed shortly. Additionally, there are cracks on walls and seepage problems in the society, which may be resolved after the painting work is completed.

Mostly things are good in the society, all amenities are available like swimming pool, club house and construction quality is also good, no problem is leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The area around the society is not properly developed yet, so according to me, it should be developed better so that the location of the society also becomes better.

Public transport is easily available, the best part of the society is that the housekeeping team of the society is very active the society is neet and clean all the times.
Things need improvement
The issue is that the room just next to the bathroom have water seepage issue, dispite of raising the issue to the maintenance team multiple times the issue has not been resolved yet. due to a mall construction near by their is a lot of dust and pollution so thats one of the issue i would like to point out. another thing is that the nearest mall which is functioning as of now is a bit far.

The best part is the quick access of restronts and malls nearby, the society is well maintained and is very hygienic and clean at all times.
Things need improvement
The mentainance fee of the society is too high, their are too many streat dogs in the society which is not safe for children, despite of multiple cumplaints this issue does not get resolved.

Good things here
Currently living in the society. Autos and cabs are available near the society. Roads are well maintained and face low traffic. Society is maintained, it is neither extraordinary nor below average. Dampness and seepage are not a regular problem, it might happen once in a while which also gets resolved quickly. Water logging is also not a problem, only when it rains heavily that the drains overflow but as soon as the rain stops, water gets drained out within 15 minutes. Amenities are available. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated in the society.

The metro station is 5 kms away from the society.
