Good things here

I can nothing like about this place but one thing that it was connected with Chennai Highway about 2 to 3 km

Things need improvement

In this location average maintained in roads, traffic light and not well cleaned and face some pollution issues.the streetlight is good in this place and not well to lit for walking post 9pm.i can feel safe myself and my wife in daytime but at nightime the alcoholic people are waiting for you.the accessibility of school,malls, restaurant are far about 10 to 15 km.the quality of roads are very bad because the road have many holes and anyone follow the traffic and traffic rules in this location.at the monsoon season the situation is very critical because the water flows on the roads.

I like the availability of necessary items very close by, I also like some of the places like gardens that are clean and suitable for workout and jogging, we can get public transport quickly, there are many hospitals in my area, roads are fine but not up to standard, parking space is available but not in abundance, and water availability is also good.

I stayed here and also liked the overall safety aspect of the locality. Also no power cuts. But parking space is a problem here. Also, market and school are accessible. But cab driver sometimes cancels due to road issues. I will still give it a decent rating overall.

Area is good due to multiple amenities and facilities. Police patrolling and security are also available here. Transportation facilities are there and proximity to hospitals, shops, cabs, and all the other facilities. The locality is near the railway station but some garbage disposal problem is there. Noise pollution is also another issue.

Environment is peaceful and area is developing very fast. Very quick access to GST Road and OMR Road. Best place for getting access to restaurants, hospitals, schools, and also many hotels. There is transportation available too. There are parks available also. Pollution is an issue along with traffic congestion. Drainage issue is also there.

Guduvancheri offers good residential living with public transport options, college, shopping mall, hospital, and banks. The trees are there and bridges too. Police patrolling is there. Parking space is a problem and also the water quality. Some air pollution too.

Guduvancheri has several positive aspects including DTCP-approved residential plots for sale. It also has a bank nearby along with a school and also the bus stop is there. Hospital is also present in the locality. However, there are some safety issues for the area at night and street lighting is also not present. Parking space for vehicle is a big issue and water shortage is also there. But some aspects are good about the locality. Markets and all are also there and also a pizza place.
