Garbage collection was done daily, and cleanliness was properly maintained. Water was available 24/7. Issues were resolved quickly. The lifts were properly maintained. There was good ventilation in the flats. All modern amenities were available. People were very good. There was separate parking for visitors, and the parking for residents was good. The landlords were very cooperative. There was no leakage in the flats, and there was a fire exit.
Autos were not readily available near the society. There were no malls and restaurants nearby. The area near the society was not safe.

Auto and cabs are available near by the society.Construction quality is just great as there are no issues regarding seepage even though rooms are spacious and noice proof.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool.gym,kids play area etc.is available and fully functional in the society.Allocated parking area is available for owners and visitors.High security system and time to time garbage collection is done in the society.Society has open space and unit are airy and properly vantilated.
Connection of the solar panel and generator has been allocated to common areas only so during the power cuts it is unmanagable for residents

Auto rickshaw easily available market close ,Water supply , Power backup available, No leakage issues now ,Spacious balcony, CCTV covered security, Play area, Gym, club house well maitained, All festival celebrated along with all society resident, Greenary and covered with trek and neighbours are very friendly, carpet area of the flats are good.
Due to construction nearby dust around the society, No buses nearby, Maintenance charges is bit high as society is premium. Mall and restraunt are bit far around 5km away,

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. The construction quality of the buildings is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Maintainance of the society is all good, water supply and power cut issues are not faced at all. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained and kept clean.
I don't find any problems or issues that needs to be resolved in the society. The society is very good in all ways.

Powerbackup available. Elevator properly maintained. Maintanence team is proactive, Amenieties like swiming pool, Gym, Park area well maintained Neighbours are cooperative and friendly. Yoga trainer was professional and she took great session.
Outside Security worst security incharge was very bad he theft my house. Connectivity was not good local transport is not easily availabe as society is at outskirt, minor issues with water supply dependent on tanker

The amenities were available, and the charges for the gym and swimming pool were only ₹50, which was very reasonable. Everything was well-maintained, and cleanliness was ensured on time. Ninety percent of the time, the tankers operated for water supply, and water was delivered on time, so there were never any issues regarding that either.
There weren't any issues in the society itself, but the only problem was with connectivity as public transport wasn't available nearby. One had to walk around 1 km to access public transport, as there were no public transport options available near the society, There was a minor issue with cats in the society because there were quite a few of them, so it was a small problem.

The society faces significant challenges regarding transportation and water supply. Public transport options such as railway stations, bus services, and metros are not readily available nearby, requiring residents to rely on Ola, Uber, or private vehicles. The lack of a local market nearby adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the underdeveloped roads outside the society contribute to transportation difficulties. The reliance on tanker facilities for water supply poses cost and maintenance challenges. Addressing these issues, especially by connecting the society to BMC water and improving road infrastructure, would greatly enhance the quality of life for residents.

Maintenance services were excellent as all facilities like water and electricity supply was taken care of regular. Construction quality was also top notch with good infrastructure. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were available in the society.
The transportation connectivity near the society was average as public transport options are very limited in Pune.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory as autos and cabs are easily available nearby. Markets and schools are available nearby. Maintenance services are provided timely including cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues in the society. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the premises. People living in the society are friendly and celebrate all festivals.
Road outside the society needs a bit improvements. Otherwise the society provided all basic facilities and amenities for the residents.
