Good things here

The area and society are both good, featuring clean parks with spacious playgrounds and ample parking space. Cabs and autos are easily available, making transportation convenient. The colony space is well-designed, although the maintenance is average.

Across from the building, there's a lot of traffic, and the road conditions are not great. Additionally, ongoing construction work seems to be a constant presence, causing disruptions.

Good things here

Located at the heart of Gurgaon, this society offers easy access to NH8 and other major areas. Following the handover of maintenance to the RWA, significant improvements have been observed. Security has been bolstered, with ongoing paint work enhancing the aesthetic appeal. Ample parking space is available, and the presence of shops within the society adds convenience. Overall, it stands out as one of the best locations in the area.

Good things here

This society falls below expectations, with limited security and no backup facilities. Despite being fully furnished, it's located near Shubash Chowk on Sohna Highway, amidst busy traffic and numerous shops. Maintenance is lacking, although it's suitable for families. However, the high rental cost, over 35,000 for a 3 BHK, reflects its proximity to the highway.

The experience with the EWa has been disappointing, and the builder's attitude is perceived as arrogant. There's ongoing conflict between them, resulting in a legal case. The builder refuses to provide maintenance to the RWA, leading to neglect in building upkeep, including painting, making it look unappealing.

Good things here

The best time to consider buying property here is now, especially since the RWA has taken over. Significant improvements are expected within the next 6 months. Additionally, with the upcoming metro station at Subhash Chowk and the completion of the flyover, this society will become an even more desirable place to live.

The property prices for renting are slightly high, but overall, everything else is satisfactory. I've lived in this society for over a year and have found it generally good. Occasionally, there might be construction on the roads or highways nearby, leading to some dust and inconvenience.
