Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Regular cleaning and garbage collections are done in the society. Water supply and electricity is available in the society. No major issues arised regarding it. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly.

Things need improvement

Maintainance of the society is average and not upto the mark. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available but not maintained properly. Gym can be considered as non functional as equipements are not available. There is no mandir inside the society. Play ground is not sufficient and very small. Maintainance charges are high but facilities are not provided as such. The construction quality is average, plaster quality and wall quality is very week. At night it is a bit difficult to avail public transport. Maximum people in the society stays on rent for which festivals and events are not celebrated together.

Connectivity is not good , seepage issues are there . swimming pool , clubhouse is not there , elevator is not mainten . security is not good .

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is excellent, with a nearby metro station and easy access to auto cabs. Ola and Uber services are available at the doorstep. The residents are cooperative, and we celebrate all the festivals together in the society. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with daily garbage collection ensuring good hygiene levels in the society.

Things need improvement

If we discuss the maintenance facilities in this society, it would be redundant because there is no one to oversee maintenance in this society. They simply collect maintenance fees without providing any services. The most severe issue in this society is the presence of 20 stray dogs, posing a significant danger. Children have even been attacked by these dogs, causing fear and risk for residents. The build quality is extremely poor, with severe leakage problems that remain unaddressed. There are no amenities available in the society, and even the playground is poorly equipped. The clubhouse and gym are merely superficial and lack functionality.

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Seepage and leakage issues are not at all seen in my appartment, the construction quality is very good. Water logging issues are not faced at all in the society. There is no drainage problems faced. Amenities are well maintained like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, festivals are celebrated together. The Society maintains proper greeneries. Society is quite spacious.

Good things here

Auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available. There are no issues with water logging or water supply. The maintenance charges for the society are around 2.3. Shops, schools, and hospitals are conveniently located near the society. Painting work in the common areas is done on time and of good quality. The society also has amenities like a clubhouse and a play area. There is ample open space and parking available. Each resident has access to parking within the society. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed for added security and convenience. Additionally, there is a residential committee that organizes society functions.

Things need improvement

Although there isn't a problem with seepage, the quality of plaster and fittings is not good because the builder's workmanship is subpar. Therefore, if one chooses to live there, they often have to make changes themselves. While efforts are made to promptly address maintenance issues, there is often a delay in completing the repairs. The security of the society is lacking, and the appointment of an Administrative Officer (AO) is still pending, which means there is currently no management in place. Once appointed, it will be clear who the RWA members are and how the society will be managed.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good. The locality is good and transportation options are available nearby. Amenities like gym swimming pool and are available.

Things need improvement

Maintenance and construction quality are very poor. Although amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available, they are not operational. The neighborhood includes a mixed crowd and doesn't celebrate festivals together. The security system is not up to the mark. Water logging issues exist in the basement. Seepage is spread all over the buildings.

The best part of the Society is that the connectivity of the society was very good, markets were available around the society and public transport was very easily available.

Most of the things in the society were very bad like the construction quality was very dirty due to which there was issue of seepage, maintenance was not good, lift was not working properly most of the time and there were no basic amenities in the society.
