Our location offers easy connectivity to Electronic City, and we're approximately 3 km away from the proposed Phase 2 metro station at Hosa Road Junction on Hosur Road. While Mahaveer apartments may not be from a top builder, they are known for their quality and are generally priced affordably.

It's disappointing that this project, initiated in 2014, remains incomplete even in 2020. The builder seems to lack responsibility in completing the project and has even charged residents for electricity and maintenance bills before handover. Additionally, the construction quality is below average, with no landscaping efforts evident.

The negatives of the society include the absence of a gym, community hall, and other amenities, along with poor security measures that allow anyone to enter. Despite being started in June 2019, the project is still under construction, with continuous labor movement and no specified construction timing.

Cabs are available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. There is a lot of space for walking. The atmosphere of the society is very spacious and calm. Garbage collection is very good in the society, done daily at a particular time. In front of the flat, the air is very good, and ventilation is excellent in the city. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. People are very friendly in the society, and the locality is very good. Schools are also near to the society, within walking distance."

"The water facility is not good in the society. It's hard water, and the water that comes in tankers is very hard, full of dust. Power is available but only for use in common areas in the society. The well-equipped society has sound connectivity too. The residence is located in Hosa Road, Bangalore. Carmelaram Railway Station is just 7km away and Bangalore City Junction is 19km away from my home. But vital traffic problems for long intervals of hours irritate everyone here. Although, I can’t reach my school in time. But my father's office, Global Technology Park is nearby from our apartment. Some essential stores, medical shops are nearby. Mathru Hospital, Lakshmi Nursing Home and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital are medical centres nearby and that is much helpful for us. Some shopping malls such as Market Square Mall, JR Arcade and Royal Meenakshi Mall can be reached without any cabs.

A few years ago, my father has bought a 2bhk flat in this residence and honestly, the price seemed so reasonable to us. I think it is much beneficial to everyone with lots of excellent amenities and aids of authority. The well worthwhile architects of the Mahaveer group did a great job to deliver us the precise way of living. The society is quite secure and security services are extremely generous here. The rooms are well ventilated and have lots of space. The developers furnished a perfect blend of Indian culture and foreign aesthetics in their art and designs as well. I love it here!

Except for the above positive reviews, I should include some negativities of this location too. Major thing is that the water supply and drainage system is so poor like several new residential projects are coming up in neighbourhoods with no water supply or drainage in place. That will be quite disappointing to all the dwellers. Waterlogging during the monsoon makes issues always. Pedestrians face problem during walking on Hosa lane due to waterlogging. Huge potholes found on the road at Choodasandra Circle which often lead to motor accidents. But apart from these, I dont find any catastrophes in this place.

This place has a huge dense tree planted area that is much needed in cosmopolitan. Over 15 acres of land, the entire campus has lots of lawns and floral gardens here. That gives a fresh and serene nature across the society. It has a large space for yoga and meditation and I used to do yoga every day here. The badminton and basketball courts, golf course, tennis courts, clubhouse, rooftop swimming pool are available here. But one thing I should include is that the streets don't have lights and my father used to walk every evening here and I think this is not safe for elderly people.

For me, Mahaveer Ranches is the most definite suggestion to all. The broadly trustworthy name Mahaveer Group offers us the opportunity to have a comfortable living with family and friends. I am a denizen of this place and positively I have been memorising the best experiences ever. They do not compromise on the luxury of the accommodation and their services to the residents. Whenever I need some help, they always try to fulfil it. The structure of buildings and designs are so unique. The neighbours are so helpful and familiar. Overall this place gives me a proper home-like feeling and I don't have any objections regarding their services yet.
