The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options like cabs and autos. Schools, restaurants and hospitals are available nearby. The maintenance quality is also fine with regular cleaning and all basic services are provided immediately. Elevators are available. The construction quality is also fine with spacious flats and no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, parks, swimming pool and clubhouse are available.
The society has all positive factors related to it, there is no such dislike that could be identified.

Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society.Rooms are big and spacious attached with balcony.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.High security system inside the apartment as there are security gaurds and cctv available in the society.Society is near clean and hygenic environment.There is no pollution around the society.
Bmc water supply is limited for particular period of time so managing committee has opt for tanker facilities dur to which maintenace charges are bit high.maintenance is poor as swimming pool is not functional,club house is too small compare to residents.Quality of construction is poor as leakage issues are there and if leakage accures on one flats it has to be repaired by above floor owner and managing committe dont look into this issue.Time to time painting is not done in the society.

The maintenance quality is very good with all services available easily as regular cleaning. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues inside the building.
The transportation connectivity near the society is very poor as autos and cabs are not easily available outside the society. Markets are also distant.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative. The safety features are good in the society. Stray dog issues are not faced inside the premises of the society.
Everything is good in the society, no improvement is needed

Society is very well regarding connectivity as there are schools and hospitals near by the society even there auto and cabs facilities as well.Allocated parking for owners and visitors.All the modern amenities are present in the society like swimming pool ,club house,gym ,kids play area podium and everything is functional.Society is well maintained and cleaniness is great in the society.
Power back facilities are allocated to common areas only and few socket connection has been allocated inside units.

Connectivity of the apartment is really good as it is easyly connected with highway ,so cabs and all were easy to approach.Society has good securiy for the residents.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.Time to time mopping and sweeping done in the society.
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only.society can improve its maintenance regarding amenities .Railway station is far away from the society.

Local market,schools and hospitals are near by the apartment.power back up facilities has been alloted for each unit.attentive managing committee to resolve issues.good parking space for owners.strong pillars and walls of the apartment.All the modern amenities are present in the society and highly maintained.Good celebration of festival in the society.
Railway station far away from the society.and visitors parking has been allocated in open space which is concerning for security purpose.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. No such major electricity issues was faced. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Visitor's parking is available. Parking space is alloted to all residents Highway is nearby Drainage system is very good Balcony is available and are spacious. The society has got open space and is very spacious. Air ventilation is good.
The constructuion quality average could have been better. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, park are available but could have been better.

Hospitals and restaurants were nearby. Autos could easily be found just outside the society gate. Ola and Uber were available within the society. Garbage collection and segregation were done regularly and properly. Issues were resolved promptly by the society management. People were very nice in the society, and pets were allowed with separate rules made for them. Water was available 24*7, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Flats were well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Separate parking was available for visitors, and there were three types of parking available in the society. All modern amenities were available and in good condition.
The malls are about 6-7 km away from the society. There is a slight traffic issue in that area. Power cuts occur every Thursday.
