Good things here

Our society has seen remarkable development in recent years. Despite its small size, it boasts impressive amenities including a basketball court, a gym, two grocery stores, a medical shop, and even a library.

Things need improvement

Despite its brilliance, the society's appearance has suffered due to a lack of painting for several years, resulting in a messy look. Additionally, the library is only partially functional and restricts entry to adults, leaving little priority for the youth members of the community.

Good things here

Carlton Estate in DLF City Phase 5 is an excellent apartment complex in Gurgaon. The society boasts full power backup, security, and water facilities. Additionally, it features a common club known as Club 5, which offers a wide range of amenities for residents to enjoy.

In my opinion, there are no negatives to mention. However, some may perceive the lack of a separate club facility within Carlton Estate as a drawback.

Dlf phase 5 is good area for living there are many Dlf socities carlton estate 1 has two tier security no water clogging during rainy season area Of 3bhk flat approx 1400 sq ft 3 washroom / bedroom per friendly no restrictions there are 3 tower ABC TOTAL TWO TYPE OF SIZE 3BHK AND 4BHK

No clubhouse within socity there is only one common club house for all socities price is high 70k for annually for dlf resident non dlf resident it would be 1,20,000 approx annualy there is not all washroom attached with bedroom one is common so this is big problem for bachlers for family no problem

I've lived in this society since I was three, and now at almost 18, I've seen it evolve for the better. It boasts a gym, green gym, basketball court, table tennis, two grocery stores, a salon, and a spacious community center. The lush, well-maintained park adds to its appeal, and the security system has improved over time.

This society faces frequent traffic jams, lacks metro connectivity, and doesn't have club facilities. There is a significant issue with poor public transport and a lack of cab availability within the society.

The maintenance staff at Carlton possesses exceptional skills and is highly cooperative, ensuring the smooth functioning of the society. There is a well-stocked grocery store within Carlton, contributing to the convenience of residents. The environment within the society is pleasant, with clean and well-maintained gardens. Carlton offers both 3BHK and 4BHK layouts to cater to different housing needs. Each tower has dedicated security guards available for added safety. The maintenance office staff is efficient and responsive to residents' needs. Additionally, cab facilities in the area are reliable and easily accessible, enhancing the overall convenience of living in Carlton. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience in this society.

The society has a super active maintenance staff. Any issue raised gets resolved in 24 hours. The location is prime, just adjacent to golf course road, making the amenities super accessible.

Things need improvement

The amenities in house such as Gym is not maintained. There is only one tuck shop inside, hence the assortment is super limited.
