Cross ventilation is effective in all apartments, promoting a fresh and airy atmosphere. The society is conveniently located within walking distance from NH8. Ample basement and visitor parking spaces are available, reducing parking concerns. The surroundings are peaceful, resembling a resort-like environment. Residents enjoy breathtaking views of the Aravali mountains from higher floors. The apartments feature spacious rooms with maximum carpet area and minimal loading factor, maximizing living space. The club facilities are extensive and spacious, catering to various recreational needs. Furthermore, the society boasts the largest swimming pool in the new Gurgaon region, offering residents a luxurious experience.
The road from NH8 to the society gates is not properly developed, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the retail shops within the society are not yet operational. Since the project handover began just a year ago, there is still some labor movement inside the society.

Secure neighborhood with all necessary amenities and nearby shops. The outstanding infrastructure makes it feel like a dream home for many residents.

Upon further inquiry with residents, it has come to light that several apartments have walls plagued with leakage issues, which is a cause for concern.

Market society ke bahar hi hai toh door nahi jaana padta smaan lene. all amenities are available in the society, water system in the society is managed well, power backup and water backup proper hai yhan, the society have its own metro exit/entry gate just for the residents of the society.
The area around the society is very congested itni bheed hoti hai toh getting in and out is not at all easy. society's maintenance fee is also a bit on the higher side.

The connectivity of the is very good, public transportations are easily available outside. There are nearby malls, markets, schools and hospitals which are available. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play ground for kids ard park are available. The society hygine is maintained and kept clean. There are no network issues faced inside the society. There are no o street dog issues that are faced inside the premises of the society. People in the society are very nice, they are cooperative and friendly, all the cultural festivals are celebrated together. Individual parking space is available in the society The water supply and water quality is good in the society
The construction quality is average as seapage leakage issues happen but that issues are rarely faced Painting is not done on time, painting is done once after 10 to 12 years RWA is not good There is a lot drainage issues that are faced during the rainy season, water logging issues are faced outside and inside the society the roads gets filled with water

The construction quality of the building is good, the club is spacious, the green area is well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is also efficient.
The society road is not fully constructed, and there is an issue of flooding during the rainy season. However, overall, the society is considered good, especially considering the reasonable price.

It's a newly developed gated society with a range of amenities including a swimming pool, club, gymnasium, kids play area, and ample parking. The surroundings are lush green and tranquil, offering views of the Aravalli mountains. Situated right on NH8, it provides easy access to transportation and is known for being a pollution-free zone.
The society currently lacks metro connectivity, but aside from that, there are no other major concerns to note. Additionally, road infrastructure is expected to improve soon.
