ACCORDING TO ME SOCIETY WAS WELL MAINTAINED,THERE WERE FREEDOM ALL BASIC FECALITIES WERE THERE.

The open space is great, and it's easy to find cabs and grocery shops. The area receives ample sunlight and has good air circulation, making it suitable for senior citizens.
Things need improvement
While the society's external facade is undergoing repairs, there is a significant need for improvement inside the flats. The construction quality is notably subpar.

The interior is spacious and secure with good construction quality from a trusted builder. A notable perk is the presence of a nearby waterfall.

It's a bit distant from the core city, and services like Twiggy/Tomato may not work smoothly. Limited restaurant options, and securing a reliable ISP can be challenging.

Good things here
The place is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and offers excellent facilities. These include a high-standard gym, sauna, an inside supermarket with delivery services, and entertainment options like a home theater, bowling alley, squash, and other indoor game centers. Notably, there's a well-maintained basketball court and tennis court. The swimming pool, especially for ladies, provides privacy as it is covered. With 24/7 security all around, the place feels secure and safe.
Things need improvement
My experience suggests that the place has inadequate maintenance services. The management, unfortunately, has been a bit rude and less understanding regarding the issues faced during the move-in process. Although the security presence is substantial, there have been instances of rudeness and less attentiveness, particularly at the front gate and building security. Additionally, the location of the swimming pool lacks privacy, as it is visible to everyone living in the vicinity.
