Ashok Nagar is a prime residential area located in south Chennai and has close access to the IT and industrial hubs in the area. Housing has a good demand. There are' however, issues of water scarcity and also flooding suring rains.

This is a very good locality and has excellent livability. Shopping malls, hospitals, parks and schools are all within the vicinity. There is metro as well as bus connectivity to all parts of Chennai. The residential properties are well constructed.
