Good things here
Maintenance of the society is good; water facility is available 24 hours, and power backup is also provided in case of power cuts. Garbage collection is efficient and occurs every day. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. People are very friendly and educated. Cabs are available if booked within the society. Facilities such as supermarkets and markets are available on the main roads. Security is excellent, even during the night.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available at all times, and public transportation is quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Cleaning should be improved outside of the society.

Good things here
Cabs are easily available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. I vacated the society 5 years ago. Water facility is good in the society, available 24 hours. Power backup is also available in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. We celebrate every festival in the society.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not done regularly in the society; it occurs only once every three days, resulting in unpleasant odors. The roads in the society are also not clean. Maintenance charges are also expensive in the society.

Good things here
The children's play area is very good and spacious. Cabs are available on the main road, and transportation is good within the society. The construction quality is also good because the infrastructure is well-built. Schools are located within a walkable distance from the society. The atmosphere of the society is very pleasant and calm.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection is not good in the society as they clean the garbage once every three days. Additionally, the railway station is far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away.

Connectivity like cabs and autis are easily available in the society is convienet. Aminities like gym area is well-maintained with good equipments. .People are very friendly and co-operated .

Maintaining the club house is very poor. Greenary should be improve in the society. There is no public transports are available infront of the society.Railway station is very for from the society.

Maintaining of the lift is very good in the society. People are very friendly, cooperative, and well-educated in the society. Cab facilities are excellent in the society if we book. Water facility is also good in the society at all times. The community is very good in the society. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are available at market rates. Schools are very near to the society, within walking distance.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, amounting to 9000 rupees. Minor leakages are present in the construction pipes. The building is old, approximately 10 years in age. Pollution is also present around the society.

The garden area is excellent and well-maintained, kept clean and tidy. The kids' play area is spacious and immaculately clean. Security is top-notch and ensures safety at all times within the society. The main road is conveniently close, providing easy access to various facilities. People are cooperative, fostering a friendly environment. The cleaning of the society is thorough and hygienic, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Maintenance of the lift is not good; it frequently requires repairs in the society. Amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse are not well-maintained. Pollution is present around the society. Traffic congestion is also a problem, especially in the evenings.

I vacated the society ten years ago. Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber, while autos are also accessible on the main road of the society. The locality of the society is excellent. Facilities like supermarkets and markets are within 800 meters from the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. There is plenty of space for walking. It's a relatively new building from when I lived there.
Things need improvement
Public transport options such as buses are also quite distant from the society, around 2 kilometers away. Traffic congestion is also present during the evening hours. The railway station is not easily accessible, being approximately 10 kilometers away from the society.

The society maintains the gym well with quality equipment, and there is a well-maintained play area for kids. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and security is excellent, with a security guard assigned to each building, and CCTV cameras installed throughout the premises. Additionally, there is power backup, and the water facility is available 24 hours, ensuring convenience for residents. Furthermore, there is a nearby school within close proximity to the society.
Things need improvement
Taxis and cabs are not available directly within the society, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the absence of a metro station nearby further compounds transportation challenges. Pollution is also present in the surrounding areas of the society.

The construction quality in the society is not satisfactory, with some leakages in pipes and seepages in bathrooms. Additionally, the buildings are relatively old, with a construction age of 15 years. Pollution is also present due to ongoing construction projects in front of the society.
