Good things here
The society offers ample space for playing various sports and boasts stunning views from most of the apartments. Additionally, it features an infinity pool on the terrace, adding to the luxurious amenities available to residents.

The road leading to the apartment is poorly maintained, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the high maintenance charges are a concern for residents at times.

The RWA exhibits authoritarian behavior, making decisions for the society without considering residents' needs. Delivery agents are prohibited from entering the society, necessitating a 0.5km walk to the main gate for every delivery, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is no park in the small society, and connectivity to main roads is poor, with roads in terrible condition leading to frequent traffic jams. Moreover, there is a lack of nearby shops and restaurants, further detracting from the convenience of living in the area.

Your society offers a wide range of amenities, including a football ground, basketball court, cricket net practice area, tennis court, snooker club, yoga and dance facilities, swimming pool, playhouse, and abundant greenery throughout. Security is excellent, and management is highly effective, ensuring residents' satisfaction. Additionally, ample parking space and guest parking are available. The presence of an amphitheater and weekly bazaar adds vibrancy and convenience to the community. Overall, it seems like a well-rounded and enjoyable place to live.
Things need improvement
There are occasional issues with the lifts stopping, and traffic congestion near the main gate can be a concern.

It's lovely to have beautiful parks scattered throughout the area. The availability of taxis round the clock and proximity to large markets make it very convenient. The connectivity via metro trains is another plus point. Many roads are well-paved, and there are plenty of stationery shops nearby. It's great that most festivals are celebrated within our locality, fostering a sense of community. Plus, there are departmental stores and other essential amenities easily accessible.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that there's limited parking space due to space constraints, leading to frequent traffic jams. Additionally, the absence of parks or poorly maintained ones is disappointing. The swimming pools for both public and kids not being well-maintained is another concern. Moreover, the high maintenance charges imposed by the management add to the challenges faced by residents.

The society is excellent, always neat and clean, with friendly and humble residents. Water is readily available at any time, and CCTV cameras are installed for added security. Within walking distance, there's a market with grocery, medical, and fish shops available, making it convenient for daily needs.

The maintenance charges in this area are quite high, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, the condition of the roadsides is poor, and there's no nearby metro connectivity. The distance to the railway station is also quite far, and the absence of a gym adds to the amenities that residents may miss.

It is an under-construction project which is equipped with unique facilities like Jacuzzi, Steam Room and many more. A very high-profile person lives in this project. The neighborhood was also very nice.

This is one of the best apartments and well maintained. It is a very neat and clean luxury house with all facilities good place for kids to play. It is well maintained and clean property to stay in.
