Greenary of the society is very clean and very peace of mind .The walking area is maintaining Amenities like swimming pool is maintaining good in the good for kids.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available on the main road near the society. Facilities like grocery shops and markets are also easily accessible on the main road. Ventilation in the flats is good. Garbage collection is done every day in every block, which is commendable. Maintenance charges are expensive, at 2.75 rupees per square foot depending on the flat. The locality of the society is very good and peaceful.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, with several seepage issues present in the society. Water leakages in bathrooms are a cause for concern. The painting quality is also subpar, with peeling evident. Improvement is needed in the garden area.

The construction quality within the society is subpar, evident from numerous leakage and seepage issues. Additionally, connectivity is a major concern, with poor accessibility for residents. The unavailability of cabs and autos within the society further exacerbates transportation challenges. Moreover, hospitals are situated at a considerable distance, approximately 5 kilometers away, posing difficulties for residents in accessing medical care.

The hospitals are situated at a considerable distance of 2-3 kilometers from the society, posing challenges in emergencies. Similarly, schools are also located far away from the society. Additionally, there is some pollution in the vicinity due to ongoing construction activities.

There is no hospitals are available infront of the society for the emergrncy that is very inconvienet. Woking of the lift is not maintaining well that is crucial.maintaining of greenary is not much good.
