Good things here

Just a bit inside the neighborhood, residents can easily walk to access everything they need, like cabs and malls. The people around here are fantastic, and there are great amenities like gyms and swimming pools available. It ensures a clean and enjoyable environment for residents to relax and exercise.

Connectivity not good enough according to me as for auto & buses we have to go to a distance. security concern also there in society as there are no street lights outside the society.

Good things here

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. The people in this society are good and cooperative. There is decent connectivity because cab facilities are easily accessible within a few minutes. Additionally, there are a few schools in the surroundings. Cleanliness, water supply, and good power backup for residents are maintained well. Amenities like pools, play areas, and badminton courts are also well-maintained.

Tenants in this society always need permission for small things or installations, and also pay fees for this kind of thing. which isn't good

In this society, maintenance facilities are satisfactory, with no problems related to everyday garbage collection. There are efficient power backup options, and there is no water shortage during summer within the society due to good maintenance services. Connectivity within the society is facilitated by several supermarkets and hospitals, such as Kaveri Hospitals, located within a 1km radius. Transportation facilities are also convenient, with a bus stop just around 500 meters from the society and an upcoming metro station around 1km away. The flats have good ventilation, and there are ample amenities available, including a clubhouse, gym, play area, and ample parking, all of which are consistently well-maintained.

There is a nearby Big Basket warehouse, which often causes disturbances due to the frequent arrival of vehicles. The water quality is hard and because of this some problems with cracks in the walls. Additionally, The amenities are not great such as the gym is not spacious.

I moved out of this society around a year ago. During my time there, the festival celebrations were vibrant because the association organized all the events well. There are several supermarkets located within a 1km radius. Well-maintained amenities within the community include a clubhouse, a gym, and a swimming pool. There are no issues with parking due to the ample space provided. Maintenance is good, with regular garbage collection every morning and the surroundings are always kept clean through regular cleaning practices. There are no problems related to construction quality due to good planning and structure, and ventilation is also good.

The connectivity of the society is lacking due to the absence of major markets, schools, and clinics nearby. Additionally, the water quality is poor, attributed to its hardness. There are no indoor games in this society.

I moved out of this society around 2 years ago. The total number of flats was 249. During my time there, the society has excellent facilities, including round-the-clock security with 24/7 guards and CCTV surveillance systems. Moreover, the society had an efficient rainwater harvesting system in place. The connectivity was superb, with a college, hospital, and bus stop located within 300 meters, making it very convenient for residents. Inside the society, there were top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse with a gym and a swimming pool, along with ample parking options. Additionally, there were efficient power backup systems ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply and the water supply was regular without any interruptions. Maintenance services were also commendable, with regular garbage collection and cleaning services. The construction quality was high, and there were no issues with water leakages.

Furthermore, there are sufficient street lights available to ensure safety and visibility at all times.
