The society boasts a well-behaved community of intellectual individuals, fostering a great and eco-friendly environment. High standards of cleanliness are maintained, and the security system is commendable.

It's been around 1 year and 4 months since I moved in, and I haven't encountered any issues or dislikes during my time here.

Good things here
The society is well-planned and meticulously maintained, surrounded by an international community. Additionally, there's ongoing development of a major road in the sector. All basic daily needs are conveniently available nearby. Overall, residents are fully satisfied with their stay here for the past 2 years.
Things need improvement
One minor inconvenience is the distance from the metro station, both from Huda and Dwarka Sector 21. Additionally, the nearest hospital, Medanta, is around a 30-minute drive from the society. However, residents are hopeful that once the Dwarka Expressway becomes operational, these concerns will be alleviated.

The location is fantastic, right near Dwarka Expressway. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, and it's also really close to the commercial hub.
Things need improvement
There's nothing negative to report. However, there's no facility for government buses available here.

The society management is highly cooperative, and the maintenance committee is commendable. The beautiful green park view adds to the overall appeal.

Improving precision in security measures is essential. Additionally, there's a need for better maintenance of sewage facilities, and currently, there is no swimming pool available.

The location is excellent, being near Dwarka Expressway and just a 15-minute drive from the airport. Additionally, it's conveniently close to the commercial hub, enhancing accessibility and convenience.

Overall, there are no negative aspects to report. However, it's worth noting that there are no facilities for government buses available in the vicinity.

Swiming pool,gym,club house,parking area , play ground all are there. open space avialable inside the society.

Maintenance is very bad . we has to change the sanitary things. seepage, leakage and plaster falling down problem. no nearby market is there.

Living here for the past two years has been great – the area is well-planned, maintained, and has a vibrant international community. There's a major road development in progress, and all the essential daily needs are conveniently available nearby. Overall, I'm fully satisfied with my experience.
Things need improvement
One thing to note is that it's a bit of a distance from both the HUD metro station and Dark Sector 21. Additionally, the hospital, Vedanta, is around a 30-minute drive from the society. However, I'm optimistic that once Dark Expressway is operational, things will improve. Apart from these considerations, everything else seems fine.
