The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Conference, spa, library are available in the society. Spacious balcony is available. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Pest controls are done o time. Parking space is available. Safe for kids and women at night. Drainage system is good. Roads are good outside the society. The society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
Electricity issues, including occasional power cuts, are encountered in the society. The power backup is exclusively provided for common areas. Additionally, tenants receive limited attention from the owners.

Hum log covid ke time se yaha pr hai, society bohot peaceful hai. windows kafi badi hai,. society main road se kafi andar hai us wajaha se koi bhi pollution ka issue nhi hota hai. security kafi efficient hai. amenities like gym and garden bohot accha hai. swimming pool humesha bohot clean raheta hai. jab naye aaye the tab leakage ka issue hota tah pr vo jaldhi solve ho gaya. specious balconies hai. society ke bahar visitors parking hai. walking track hai. society ke bahar ke road kafi ache hai vaha pr koi bhi water logging ka issue nhi hota hai.

Kitchen thoda chota hai. Area kafi backword hai, connectivity ka bohot issue aata hai , autos milte hi nhi hai, kahi jana ho to bohot charge krte hai. raat me to society ke liye autos bilkul nhi miltr hai auto drivers society ki taraf aane ke liye mana karte hai, kyu ki society main road se kafi andar me hai. online book karo to vo log khud hi cancel kr dete hai. main road bohot jada kharab hai bohot tuta futa hai, vaha per traffic ka bohot issue ata hai. market ke liye hume MG road market hi jana padata hai society ke pass me koi market available nhi hai.

Parking space is available.

Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. The constructuion quality is very bad, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues faced in the society. The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are not available outside the society. Electricity issues are faced, power cuts happened a lot. Monkey issues are faced a lot. The society is affected by pollution, dust issues are faced.

Good things here
While staying at Marvel Albero, my experience was fantastic. Everything, from maintenance to construction quality, was excellent. The availability of all amenities made it a delightful society to live in.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, there would be issues with water supply in the society, and during heavy rainfall, water would accumulate in the basement to the extent that all the cars parked there were submerged.

Good things here
The society is the best; the unit size is large with spacious balconies, which are quite nice. Area-wise, the house is excellent, and the people in the society are friendly. There is a park available for children, and there is also a gym. Overall, the society is good.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society wasn't good for me as my office and my daughter's school were far away. There were no auto-rickshaws or cabs available, so I had to reach the Katrech Sisoli junction, where there is no traffic signal. Giving directions to Zomato or other delivery boys was also difficult outside the society due to traffic, as there were no traffic signals.

All amenities are available, and their maintenance is timely. Moreover, the residents of the society are friendly and cooperative, While there is a school nearby,
Things need improvement
The maintenance is good, but the construction quality is not up to par. The plaster is only 2.5 inches thick, so it doesn't hold well for fixing nails in the walls, indicating poor material quality. Additionally, there's no metro station near the society, there's no hospital, and the surrounding market isn't great either. The roads are not in good condition; broken roads lead to waterlogging and traffic issues.

In our society there is no issue with construction quality and we really dont face issues like water logging and all, also talking about the maintenance it is pretty nice till now. all the basics amenities like pool, club house us there. most of the thing in the society is sorted.

The only problem is its connectivity as sometimes we dont easily get any taxi or all.

All the modern amenities are present in the society and it is very well maintained and fully functional.Local market and local transport facilities are easy to catch.Build quality is strong and there no leakage,seepage and termides issues in the society.

There are no as such discomfort or dislikabilities in the society but managing commitee should look upon to enhance issue resolution process in the society.

I have no issues that needs to be disclosed regarding this society. Further improvements are not required as the society has got everything required.
