This society offers modern amenities and infrastructure, creating a cool and stylish environment, complemented by a fancy garden. The clubs are well-maintained and feature swimming pools, along with special cricket and badminton courts. Additionally, there's a state-of-the-art gym available for residents. A standout feature is the underground parking system, which provides ample parking space and is automated for convenience. The area is meticulously clean, with abundant greenery, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located local shops on the ground floor cater to various needs, from stationary to general stores and dairy products. Furthermore, the society's proximity to a mall and market city adds to its appeal. Overall, I have a deep affection for this society as it offers a safe and secure living environment.
Things need improvement
Despite its many positive aspects, there are some drawbacks to consider. The maintenance charges are quite high, and there seems to be less coordination within the society. While most residents are cooperative, there are some who may not be as accommodating. Another issue is the lack of metro connectivity, as well as the distance to the nearest train or bus station, which could pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation.

Good things here
The tall buildings with balconies attached to every room, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, are fantastic. The view from the top floors is simply breathtaking, and it's a source of pride to call Rosa Garden home. It's conveniently located near TMC garden and TMC hospital, making it an even more desirable place to stay. Overall, it's a beautiful place to live.
Things need improvement
One big problem in this neighborhood is that we often have to rely on water brought in by tankers or pumped from boreholes, which isn't great. Some buildings here always seem to have water problems, day and night. Plus, keeping everything well-maintained costs a lot.

It's a secure and clean society, still in the process of being fully occupied. A metro station is being constructed nearby, which will enhance connectivity in the future.
Things need improvement
While the society offers convenient access to amenities, commuting to workplaces on the western line can be challenging due to heavy traffic, resulting in longer travel times.

Railway station and bus stop is near by the society and local transport facilities are also available near by the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is well eqquiped and functional.high security has been provided as there are 24/7 security gaurds and cctv available in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society overall the socialism is good.There is lots of open and overall good atmosphere to live in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is poor as on celling part there is leakage issues and managing is looking into this since long time but the issue is internal and not resolved since 3 yrs.There is no solar panel and generator is available for lifts only.

Good things here
It's a spacious property with wide roads, situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, almost enclosed with 2 entrances, which is advantageous. The location within the city is ideal, not in the crowded part but also not in an isolated remote area. There's good connectivity for commuting, and it's close to the airport.
Things need improvement
Recent water supply and drainage work has left roads dug up, making them challenging to use during rains. When it's dry, there's a significant amount of dust due to the dug-up roads, leading to dust accumulation inside houses and on vehicles.

Good Society and the cleanliness and maintenance are impressive. The parking space is ample and secure, which is beneficial for my four-wheeler. The green and fresh garden adds to the overall appeal, providing a refreshing experience. The society is clean, tidy, and the services are commendable.
Things need improvement
. The restriction to only small, local providers like Pathway is limiting. Their service quality is not up to the mark. Additionally, the presence of small cottages nearby emitting significant smoke from large chimneys contributes to high pollution levels in the air around the society.

Good things here
It's a family-friendly society with a good community. The presence of a garden area adds to the appeal, and the location in Davis East offers a view of Sanjay Gandhi National Park from the back side of the building.
Things need improvement
The society is situated in Davis East, Vishal Nagar area, which is considered relatively unsafe for late-night outings due to incidents like chain snatching and other security concerns.

Runway Green is highlighted as one of the best projects by Runway in Mound West. Situated in a prime location, it is within 1 km from Mound Railway station and 700 meters from Nahum Railway station. The vicinity offers various amenities, including Smart, PVR, McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, hotels, salons, banks, and more. Notably, an upcoming metro station is also within a 1 km radius. The project itself encompasses facilities such as a gym, studio, parking, hall, and a shopping center. It is regarded as the best project in Mound West.
Things need improvement
The flats are expensive for both buying and renting. Additionally, its proximity to a signal makes the external environment busy and noisy, which is a downside.
