Having lived in this society two years ago and still visiting occasionally, I can attest that it offers a lot in terms of events, cleanliness, and greenery. The clubhouse is exceptionally well-maintained, providing residents with a great space for recreation and socializing. I've never encountered any issues with car parking, electricity, or other utilities, as the management works efficiently to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, the security system is up to date, providing peace of mind for residents and their loved ones. Overall, it's a great place to live and visit, offering a comfortable and secure environment.

Living here has been great because of the awesome amenities. We've got a big park and a cool club with a good gym. The place is surrounded by lots of greenery, making it look nice. Having a supermarket inside the society is super convenient, and there's a big shopping complex just 2 kilometers away. They also organize classes for various activities, making the community lively. People here are nice and well-mannered, making our overall living experience fantastic. So, being part of this society has been perfect!
During heavy rainfalls, the society faces seepage problems, causing occasional traffic jams. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not well-maintained. The lack of nearby metro connectivity is also a downside. Additionally, the plaster covering of the society is not of high quality, and the POP (plaster of Paris) tends to peel off.

Additionally, the convenience of doorstep delivery for essentials such as milk, vegetables, and medicines further enhances the community's attractiveness.
There are several notable drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the construction on one side remains incomplete, leading to the absence of an Occupancy Certificate. The club facilities are not fully operational, and the lack of a swimming pool is a notable absence. Prospective buyers should be aware that the credit in the society's maintenance account is no longer directed toward maintenance charges; instead, it is deducted from daily electricity meter recharge. The construction quality is average, necessitating maintenance on the outer walls. Additionally, parking concerns arise as a few slots are yet to be constructed despite possession being handed over.

This is a secure, gated society with a single entrance and a large, well-maintained park. The horticulture department does an excellent job. The society is conveniently located with easy access to the main road. Right in front of the society, there is a large office complex where around 10,000 people work. Traffic congestion is not an issue here. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and the neighborhood offers various facilities like shopping complexes, hospitals, vegetable and grocery stores, as well as food stalls nearby.
There are significant seepage issues in need of urgent attention. The builder of the complex is facing financial difficulties, leading to delays in delivering the flats. Unfortunately, there's no temple within the society, and there are no swimming pool or good club facilities available. The builder is struggling to resolve the concerns raised by the property owners. The external appearance of the complex is negatively impacted by seepage and paint issues. Some flats are extensively affected by seepage, and the builder seems incapable of addressing the problem effectively.

Every community faces challenges, but this society has successfully overcome them, with all necessary repairs and improvements completed. Overall, it's described as a well-maintained and reliable place to consider for purchase.

The society features a large Central Park, immediate power backups, and well-constructed buildings. It is conveniently located near markets. The internal security within the society is commendable.
There is a minor issue of seepage in some areas. Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, and playgrounds. The clubhouse facilities are also reported to be inadequate.
