Good things here
They do regular cleaning here, and the view from the balcony offers a lovely greenery scene. The park is well-maintained too.
Things need improvement
There's a lack of connection among people here, and during the rainy season, the basement tends to flood. Occasionally, snakes find their way into rooms, but the maintenance team doesn't seem to coordinate well with us on these issues.

Good things here
Getting public transport is a breeze with Ola, Uber, Rapid, and autos easily available. Plus, the metro is nearby.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities, the paint job has been neglected for quite some time, there's no playground for kids, and we don't have power backup for lights. It's a bit lacking in those aspects.

Good things here
The connectivity in the society is excellent, and the maintenance is okay. Many families opt for this society for a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
The population here is quite high, and unfortunately, a good number of people aren't paying their maintenance charges. This has led to some maintenance issues like dirty areas and the absence of amenities like a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool.

Good things here
The location is awesome, with plenty of open areas. Connectivity is good, making it easy to find autos and cabs around.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is terrible with issues like leakage, seepage, and termite problems in the room. Dealing with street dogs has become a significant problem for me, and the absence of a clubhouse adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

The society's swimming pool wasn't constructed properly, and as a result, it's currently unavailable.

I love this neighborhood because it's convenient with shops and offices nearby, there's a beautiful lake, and the cost of living is reasonable.

Maintenance is solid, and we enjoy 24/7 power and water supply. There's ample open space, including a ground.
Things need improvement
There's no connectivity available here; you have to travel a bit to catch public transport. Unfortunately, there's no clubhouse or swimming pool either.

Good things here
The metro connectivity is fantastic, and there are several malls and shopping complexes nearby. Ample parking facilities, a kids' play area, and plenty of green spaces for yoga add to the appeal.
Things need improvement
The roads are in poor condition, and unfortunately, there's no power backup in the society. The maintenance facilities are also...

There's a continuous power supply 24/7, and the overall connectivity is excellent, making it easy to catch cabs and autos.

The security system needs significant improvement; the presence of guards is not sufficient, making us feel unsecured as anyone can enter the society easily.
