Society is maintained neat and clean and amenities is plus part of the society and surrounding near by apartments is beautiful.
Things need improvement
Gym area of the society should be renovated and improved,society should be repainted as well .

They have many amenities in the society and they functional as well and rooms were quite spacious and garden area was beautiful

Societies outer walls are little damage and have leakage issue from outer wall ,so society should be renovated and repainting should be done

Society has very well maintained swimming pool park area and security is very high for residence ,there are many sports court as well .
Things need improvement
As far as i live in that apartment i didnt see any kind of flaws in the system .

The best part is the locality of this apartment,i get everything inside the campus only and yes railways station bus stop is near by apartment which is the best part of the mumbai

There are lifts in the society,but it is not quite well maintained and service provider should look into this every month

Society has convenient conectivity for travelling because railways and bus stations are near by the apartment.

He like the atmosphere of this apartment the most and people over here are very soft spoken and park are of the society is quite big ,for senior citizen this society is perfect

The best part of this society is connectivity like ,this society has near by railway station and bus stops ,schools and hospitals.and bachlours are allowed in the society and as such no additional charges are being taken from them

Earlier we had leakage issue so right now painting work is going on so that not the problem now.

Society is neat and clean,and most likable think about this society is parking like there is big space for parking

Leakage is the drawback of this society and yeah it is because of some construction defect and the amenities is not that great as club house is closed since years now and the kids play area is small ,swimming pool is dirty.

LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT BEUTIFUL,THERE ARE 5 TOWERS IN THE SOCIETY STILL WE HAVE LOTS OF PACE IN SIDE THE APARTMENT WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN MUMBAI CITY AND ATMOSPHERE IS GOOD AND OPEN CLIMATE

NOW BUILDING IS COMPALATING 10 YRS AND AS RULES BUILDING HAS TO BE GO UNDER RENOVATION AND REPAINTING ASAP

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. constructuion quality is good in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The rooms and appartments are quite spacious. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Walking and cycling tracks are available in the society. Roads are good outside the society, water logging issues are not faced around the society. Security is good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Power backup is available in the society. Proper parking space is available in the society.
Things need improvement
Some seepage issues are there in the society, but didn't face any issues regarding it. Tennis court is not available in the society. The water pipe is small so the water force is minimal, that can be improved in plumbing.
