The society is well-maintained with excellent connectivity to major hubs in Gurgaon. However, there is practically no clubhouse available.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing that people are not allowed to walk in the park. Additionally, the flat sizes are small, and while the approach road to the society is good on one side, it's poor on the other side.

Ansal Maple Heights apartments, located in Sushant Lok 1 Block C, offer one of the best locations in Gurgaon. Nearby attractions include Vayapar Kender Market, Galleria Market, Gold Sukh Mall, Peach Tree, and Narula's Market, making it a prime location. The apartments benefit from 100% power backup and have a separate guard assigned to each tower. Additionally, each tower is equipped with two lifts for convenience.

The standout feature of this society is its location, with everything conveniently situated within a short distance. Whether it's the metro station, market, mall, hospital, or school, everything is just a 5-minute drive away. Moreover, the society itself is well-maintained with lush green parks, creating a pleasant environment. The community is friendly, and the clubhouse offers a variety of facilities including a gym, store, swimming pool, and parlor. Additionally, recent upgrades to the lifts have resulted in faster and newer lifts for residents' convenience.
Things need improvement
The flat sizes are on the smaller side, and the buildings show signs of age. Additionally, there are occasional issues with the functionality of the swimming pool.

This locality is ideal for residents, offering a very peaceful environment. It provides essential facilities like public transport, nearby metro connectivity, well-maintained parks, and hospitals in proximity. The HUD Metro station is just 2 km away, and there's a public bus stand nearby. With hospitals, a police station, and frequent police patrolling, it ensures safety. Market facilities are available, and stores for essential goods, like medical and daily needs, are within doorstep distance. There are good schools nearby, and most of the area is under CCTV surveillance. The society has security guards stationed at frequent intervals.
Things need improvement
The presence of a considerable number of street dogs is noticeable. Additionally, some roads are in critical condition, and occasional power cuts occur. Unfortunately, the society lacks its own swimming pool, and the roads within the society tend to be dusty.

Living in this society is fantastic! The neighbors are friendly, the facilities are top-notch, including a park and 24-hour backup generator. Plus, cleanliness is always maintained.

There's not much to dislike here... Well, there's no swimming pool.

This society is pretty nice, with plenty of greenery and parks to enjoy. It's peaceful, and the metro station isn't too far away either. Plus, having a grocery shop inside is really convenient.
