Good things here

The location is excellent, with many international schools, hospitals, and IT parks nearby. Additionally, Bellandur railway station is conveniently close.

Things need improvement

Occasionally, there are traffic jams on the road outside, especially during religious activities. However, these are usually managed by either traffic police or private security guards.

Good things here

The society is really well-kept and tidy. Since it's not too big, we rarely need water deliveries. It's got great amenities like a gym, party hall, and a play area for kids. Plus, there are lots of trees and plants around, and you can even take a walk on the rooftop. Security and cleaning staff are on point, and parking is easy for everyone, including guests. We're close to Panathur lake for nice walks, and there's a good supermarket nearby. Schools are nearby too, and we're not far from the outer ring road. With elevators and maintenance included, it's a pretty convenient place to live.

Things need improvement

The society lacks a proper park, with only a small kids' area available, which unfortunately is near the sewage treatment plant, causing unpleasant smells. There's also no swimming pool due to limited space, and the buildings are arranged in a straight line with only a road around them. The sewage treatment plant and kids' play area are located on the ground floor, while parking is available but limited to small cars and SUVs. With only four floors, there's no opportunity to enjoy city views from the terrace. Being close to Panathur main road means enduring traffic noise, and the construction quality is somewhat lacking, with visible cracks in the walls and balcony railings. Additionally, proximity to a railway station can be disruptive due to passing trains. Tap water quality is poor, requiring a water purifier or purchasing bottled water. The apartments offer both 3 BHK and 2 BHK flats, but one of the rooms in the 3 BHK layout is quite small, and the entire flat has only two toilets.

Good things here

The atmosphere here is incredibly serene, with no concerns about water or garbage collection as they're managed daily. Moreover, the exceptional quality of the walls complements the convenient location near transportation, markets, and malls.

It's worrying that the area outside the society isn't kept clean, which makes it look bad overall. This might make residents unhappy with how clean and tidy everything is around them.

Good things here

The society is kept neat and clean, and there's adequate parking space available. While there's not a lot of greenery, there are some plants around. It's convenient to find autos and Ola cabs nearby, and the roads in the vicinity are well-maintained.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Garden is avilable and maintained in the society. Other facilities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Walking tracks are avilable in the society.

Things need improvement

Swimmingpool and tennis court is not available in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Heavy traffic issues are faced outside the society.

The society boasts good security measures, an excellent clubhouse, and well-maintained parks. Sports facilities like tennis, basketball, and badminton courts are also appreciated. It is considered an overall good place to live, offering a variety of flat designs to choose from.

Things need improvement

Maintenance costs for a 3200sqft space at 12,000 seem a bit high. Smaller flats are available, but the community hall is not very spacious. While the balconies have decent length, they are a bit narrow width-wise.
