This is a independent house not a society. owner of the house is taking care of all the maintenance . public transport and nearby mall, markets all are there.
Things need improvement
Amenitis like gym,swiming pool,club house ,park,play ground nothing is there.

We do not face any issues related to the connectivity of the society as public transport, schools, hospitals, and markets are easily available nearby. Cleanliness is one of the priority in our society. Maintenance is also very impressive, building is well painted and issues so gets solved as soon as they arise. People living here are very cooperative and well educated.
Things need improvement
Facilities and amenities in our society is very limited as compared to the other socieites in our area, as there are no CCTVs, gyms or swimming pool available in our society.

The connectivity of the society was outstanding that was something i liked about the society

construction quality is medium,good material used . peaceful society. location is great.

most big problem in this society is water supply problem , 2-3 days we survive without water ,societies front road is most of the time trrafic jam issue thats why we are late for office.

Location of the society is very good , construction quality is nice, strong pillars and walls.

Potholes are on the road, in rainy season water logging issue in front of our society ,no public transport is come into the society , we have to go nearby.

Society is clean and well maintained, 24/7 power and water supply avialable.roads are very good in the society .

One big issue is no car parking space under the society , for car parking we have to go outside ground. recently gas pipeline are installing to provide us.

Clean,hygeinic, proper well maintained by RWA team. this is actualy individual houses under one community.

I like the greenery in the society apart from this society is less poluted and there is less pollution in the society
