Good things here

They do regular cleaning here, and the view from the balcony offers a lovely greenery scene. The park is well-maintained too.

Things need improvement

There's a lack of connection among people here, and during the rainy season, the basement tends to flood. Occasionally, snakes find their way into rooms, but the maintenance team doesn't seem to coordinate well with us on these issues.

Getting public transport is a breeze with Ola, Uber, Rapid, and autos easily available. Plus, the metro is nearby.

Things need improvement

There are no amenities, the paint job has been neglected for quite some time, there's no playground for kids, and we don't have power backup for lights. It's a bit lacking in those aspects.

The construction quality is terrible with issues like leakage, seepage, and termite problems in the room. Dealing with street dogs has become a significant problem for me, and the absence of a clubhouse adds to the overall dissatisfaction.
