Railway station just 200 meters away which the best part of the society .all the residence are very well-behaved and all the festivals are celebrated all together.

Although , the society is well maintained. there are certain issues like seepage issues in apartments which has to be dealt with. Rooms are not too spacious. Maintenance charges are high. Termite issue is also there in some apartments. The society is strict . You have to be sincere and follow all the rules. If you do break them , you can face fines.cat parking is expansive.road side apartments are a bit noisy as they face the highway. If guests do not inform the society about their stay or do no pay the guest fees their cars might get clamped. There is a guest fee to use gyms and swimming pool. metro connectivity is not available currently. There is traffic near the main gate during peak hour, so you have to be sure to check time and then leave. also it is beside the petrol pump and school, so traffic is inevitable.you have to travel a kilometre or 2 to buy stationary and stuff.
