In our society we have lots of plants and trees. People come regularly to pick up our trash and paint our houses. Rent is not too expensive, and everyone is nice, and we like to have parties together. We also have cool things like a swimming pool, a place for kids to play, and a gym.

Society is well-connected because all the daily essentials, such as groceries, vegetables, small hotels, fruit shops, salons, as well as a few schools, clinics, and petrol stations, are located within approximately 500 meters from the community. This is a small community with a limited number of families residing, so everyone is friendly and always willing to help each other. The maintenance facilities are good, and we have never faced water shortage problems. Additionally, there are no issues with residents due to the limited sharing options available.

Constructed approximately 10 years ago, the building has not experienced any complaints regarding seepages. The parking space, both indoors and outdoors, is ample and conveniently located near the gate. Additionally, the connectivity of this community is excellent, with schools, hospitals, and markets all within a 1km distance, making them easily accessible to residents.

I moved out of this community around 2 years ago. During my time there, the standout feature was the good security, maintained both during the day and at night. Security personnel ensured the safe delivery and placement of all online deliveries for residents. Additionally, the community boasts excellent connectivity, with nearby amenities such as hospitals, shopping malls like South India and JNTU within a 1km radius, and supermarkets like More and Heritage, within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The construction quality is commendable, and the rent is also affordable

The only problem in this community is that the owners never visit the community to address or inquire about minor complaints.
